Join me for a distance energy healing session. When we meet on a video call, I will give you a brief introduction to the process, and I will tap into your energy field and chakra system. Reiki is beautiful universal life force energy that is specifically directed toward helping you balance your energy, remove obstacles to freedom and wellbeing, and heal parts of your body and spirit that are hard to reach otherwise. 

During our session together, you will sit or lie down comfortably and I will talk through the energetic work as we go. It feels rather like going into a guided meditation. Some people report feeling sensations like tingling or movement, and most experience relaxation and release. One client describes it as a massage for your energy field.
