You feel like you understand yourself pretty well - at least from the neck up. 

But when we stay in the head - the realm of air and ether - we don’t connect with the body as the wild, ferocious, sensuous beast that it is. 

Maybe you grew up being taught that your body, your desire, your knowing were dangerous - even evil. You’ve been slowly unlearning that story, but you know it still lives in your nervous system in the places you still don’t allow yourself to go. 

You know this because when it comes to sex, you still feel…unfulfilled. Or not all that interested. Or maybe it’s even painful. 

Maybe you are able to enjoy sex, but you have a hunch it could be better (spoiler alert, it can be! And the first step toward rocking your own world is to know what your world looks like).
